It was on the 31st March, 2019, that not only Hope for the Village Child Foundation but also many friends and acquaintances of Mr. Moses A. Anjison gathered together with him to celebrate the launching of his new album entitled: “Cheer Up!”
The special thing about Moses’ new album is the celebration of his new lease on life. Moses was born with full sight but through a series of incidents, he lost the sight in both eyes. At the time, as a young man, he felt that his life had become useless, and even contemplated ending it. But music was his salvation.
One of the staff of Hope for the Village Child Foundation encouraged him to pursue his love of music, and through the assistance of the Liliane Foundation and Daughters of Charity, Moses studied music and learned to play instruments.
